365 Day Challenge: Day 49 Ballet..... uuuuuugh

Hey guys!

I did tell you guys I'm restarting dance, as in, ballet, jazz, and now tap, right?

Anyways... had a full 2 hour lesson relearning all my ballet and jazz....

I forgot how much it hurt to point your toe and everything >_<

But hey, at least I'm still flexible... right?

But I blame track for teaching me the wrong way to jump in the air and leap, dance style that is.

So. Sore.

Dance uses different muscles sadly..... =_=

This is gonna be a pain once the school year starts again, I signed myself up for weight training... LOL.

Whoa tomorrow is day 50?

Time to go camw***ing tomorrow!

Day 49:

Before the ballet/jazz lesson... uuuugh -_- my ankles are so weak I swear.

Had buttered noodles from Noodles & Co. today :)

365 Day Challenge: Day 48 Asian biscuit things... Yam Yam?

Got distracted, late post again!

Been watching dance covers all day long anyways....

Today, I got my dance leotard, ballet, jazz, and tap shoes.

Going to be restarting dance in the fall.

Have a 2 hour lesson tomorrow too, and an entire day of classes on Monday to make sure what level of dance I am again for those.

Haha, haven't stepped in ballet shoes in 5 years nearly >_<

After I went to some Asian grocery store or something.

I'm not sure.

But I bought these interesting treats.

It's like these stick biscuits and you dip them in this chocolate thing.

It was hilarious, there was this typo xD

365 Day Challenge: Day 45 Random things I bought today

I was out almost all day since the afternoon.

I went to this pancake place I hadn't gone to in 2-3 years.

It's this friendly family styled restaurant that has been there for who knows how long.

I absolutely love blueberry waffles! :)

But... moving on from waffles...

Today I bought this adorable cute navy blue dress!

I got it from francesca's collections!

I love that shop, but only thing I hate is that literally all their clothes require belts.

Or that there were only like 3-5 pieces of small sized clothes.

I'm typically a XS or S, and even then, it's too big for me.

But there's always that one dress or top from there that fits me or I just fall in love with it!

Went to Jo-anne's Fabric Store after.

I bought these 2 different pieces of fabric for skirts!

Bought this adorable blue/white linen for one skirt that I'm going to make a skirt based off one of the patterns I bought today.

I bought this slate grey linen for another skirt!

I'm going to be making SecretLifeOfABioNerd's version of a baby doll sucker punch box pleated skirt with yoke ^-^

Bought 4 cute buttons, elastic, invisible zipper, random tools, 500 pins....... yup!

Oh geez, I forgot to blog again.

I've just been exhausted all the time.

I'll be writing up a new post about 2-3 products from Artistry I just got yesterday to make up for it..

It was really lovely, it was pretty much all graduated seniors from high school.

It was GSA related, so it was really neat being invited to this :)

365 Day Challenge: Day 40 Camw****, sister, and whale

Oops.

Sorry, I'm a late poster this week aren't I!

I've been busy with a new French server on the game PWI

(Français :D)

Plus I woke up exhausted today.

But I ended up having fun.... wait, I should save this for my today post... anyways..

Yesterday, as I was saying, was the premiere day of 2 new server openings on the game.

I joined the french server (un serveur français) and oh gosh...

It's amazing relearning French this way.

I definitely will not be losing my French this summer (French III this fall, yeah!)

But yes, I'll write an entire post about the game... after I write up the post for the Estée Lauder....

OH before I forget, also I went to the park and did some choreographing for my sisters lyrical dance.

Nobody at her studio wanted to add her to their groups so I felt bad and now I'm helping her :)

For quite some time, I've been playing this game called Perfect World International (PWI)
I started around June of oh what was it... I want to say 2009, and I think it is.
Anyways, my boyfriend and I both play the game and we just got re-married in the game.
(Yes, you can get married!)

365 Day Challenge: Day 38

Happy 4th of July to all US citizens living in the US! 

(Legal or illegal, I love you all :D)

I'll be messing around with my sister later with cooking (I'll let you guys know how that goes haha)...

Anyways, today, I was locked out of my laptop for half the day.

Why?

I forgot my laptop password.

I hate Apple, at least, customer service.

Was on the phone for a good while until I finally just hung up.

Google + smart phone = win.

Just saying!

If anybody ever needs help with recovering passwords on a Macbook Pro, feel free to ask now...

Since I spent half the day trying to figure out how.

Anyways!

Today, my form of love to my boyfriend was rejected... T_T laughed at me.

Alright!

365 Day Challenge: Day 36 Fireworks today! Plus random sewing...

Hey guys!

Well, I live in the US, so I'm celebrating Independence day... by watching fireworks.

The official holiday is 4 July, but the major fireworks are today ^-^

I'll take pictures and add them here once I take them... unless they don't come out that well.

Maybe taking a video and freezing it and then screenshotting it would be better...

Anyways!

My hair is a meeeeeess today!

Day 36:

I really should find out how to remove them...

Going to wear washed out light jeans with my school t-shirt to the fireworks... yup.

Anyways, besides that random part...

You see, I buy literally on my jeans/shorts from A&E (American Eagle).

It's a US brand chain store.

Anyways, I have a TON of dark washed jeans (can you tell from all my pictures?)

There are these shorts I just cuffed up since they were too long (in my opinion).

But I'm getting sick of cuffing them up, so I'm going to sew them!

The outer seam... (hips).. It's about 17cm
And yes... those are bobby pins.
I can't find my pins for sewing LOL.

Inner seam, going to be about 8 1/2cm

Shorts will be kind of on the short side since I had to cut off the bottom.

But hey, I'll show you guys how they turn out later though ^-^

Got about an hour and half until I have to leave and be ready by then...

Let's see how this goes!

I apparently miscut... I'm off by an entire cm.
Oops!
So measurements now should be 7 1/2cm for inner and 16cm for the outer..
Yup!

Well actually, after I finished, it was a totally different measurement.
It's barely 8cm for the inner seam and 18 on the outer seam.
Ick?!
I'll add pictures later :) they're in the wash now

Really bad, I've been falling asleep everywhere (or not sleeping but totally out of it).

Here's day 35... a day late.

I'll also update day 34 in a bit too.

And add today (Day 36) in a few hours... oops!

Anyways, yesterday was so hot, I was literally asleep all day (but awake all night)

I got so sick from the extreme heat, I couldn't stay awake for so long in a lot of rooms.

(I forgot how to use the A/C system)

365 Day Challenge: Day 34 A day of skin care and.. thai food?

Hey guys!

Today I'll be getting new things from Estee Lauder..... so expect some reviews on that.

Might possibly be getting my sewing machine too, unsure of it yet.

I'll update with photos and pictures throughout the day!

Day 34: 

Bad lighting, just got out the shower hair (which... it is)... well, bad picture to start off the day.
Let's see if it can get better hopefully LOL...

Had Thai curry, I ordered mixed vegetables removing the broccoli.
I guess they really did remove it since I had no allergic reactions after eating it!
(Or else I'd be in the hospital instead of.. yeah haha)

The make-up... I had went in thinking of going for a simple gel liner look...
Came out natural o_o Didn't even use eyeliner on me....
P.S. Sorry for the... right eye. That eye area is so :S Maybe I should sleep more?

I finally got my sewing machine after all this!!!
I am so happy, I can finally change and make new things! <3
Expect simple how to's for clothes adjusting and what nots!
(I'll be posting an entire post dedicated to the machine.. and a review after)
Also signed up for a FinalCut Pro video editing class downtown... so maybe I'll do videos once more :O

Anyways, I left my Fanta accidentally in the freezer with some other frozen foods.
I barely remembered and I rushed to get it out.. looked like this:

Slushy... Fanta?

It came out like, half slushy in there.
Wasn't fizzy anymore :(
Plus when I opened it at first, it went everywhere @_@......
But it tasted really good though! :D
Fanta should make real Fanta slushies... I'd buy a billion, just saying.

365 Day Challenge: Day 33

Okay.

For some odd reason this week (ahem), I've been obsessed.

With what you ask?

Food.

I'm seriously eating everything I hate this week (with the exception of meat)

I've already ate strawberry ice-cream, rice, and now... popcorn.

Behold, the glory of the entire bag of popcorn I ate....

Day 33:

I ate this entire bag.. in less than half an hour... oh gawd... I'm going to go on a long run later...

My chickeh fell off of my phone!

The ring opened up and it dropped my chickeh!

Thank gawd I found the ring and my chickeh :)

Just opened the ring a bit more with my pliers and re-closed it tightly :)

365 Day Challenge: Day 31 Rant on sewing pointe shoes

I'll edit this quick!

Sorry, I've been sewing my sisters pointe shoes for the past few hours....

I'll update pictures soon :)

It took me about 7 hours to complete my sisters pointe shoes...
You see, I suck at hand stitching and I try to avoid it if possible.
I'm a total perfectionist when it comes to the stitches and it took me all 7 hours to sew on the elastic and the ribbons and know it was secure.

The thing with pointe shoes is, the elastic part first has to be on the outside
(At least, that's what they want for my sisters pointe shoes)
It was a TOTAL pain!!!!!
Then we had to measure her ankle out again and finally remeasure it and fold it and stitch it.....

After that was..... the ribbons.
Seriously.
I thought the elastic was hard, try ribbons.
I had to fold about 2 1/2 cm of ribbon on the bottom and I sewed across first so it was secure like a little box shape at the end of the ribbon...
Then on the inside I had to pick on the fabric.
I couldn't go through the actual shoe or it looks ugly.
So I'm poking my finger a billion times with my needle for hours, picking at the fabric, securing it.
Here, this is how the stitches were done, at least, what I did.

Picture is inaccurate sorry... what I did was like, stitched a stitch then go back and go through the middle of the stitch of the first stitch and keep going... actually, I'm not sure what I did.
It was at about 00:30 when I started the ribbon.

Anyways, here are pictures of the point shoes I sewed.
